Returns and refunds

Contact service@zelvarni.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Items should be unused, unworn, in original condition and accompanied by order details.

Wait for authorization before returning an item. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless an item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

For damage or error, provide the order number and clear photographs. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; processing time depends on the provider. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
