Zelvarni ships to destinations currently available at checkout. Please review the available shipping options and final charges before completing your purchase.
Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment authorization and order confirmation.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays normally begin processing on the next business day.
Processing may take longer during periods of high order volume, holidays, or order verification. If a significant delay affects your order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.
Shipping Rates
For supported destinations, the following shipping rates apply in USD:
- Orders from $0.00 to $44.99: $5.99 Fast Shipping
- Orders of $45.00 or more: Free Shipping
Available destinations, shipping options, and final shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Please review the final order total before making payment.
Delivery Estimates
Order processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Where available, estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout or provided in shipment updates.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Actual delivery times may be affected by carrier operations, customs clearance, weather, public holidays, remote destinations, address issues, and other circumstances outside our direct control.
Order Tracking
When tracking information becomes available, it will be sent using the contact information supplied with your order.
Tracking information may not update immediately after a shipment is prepared. Please allow time for the carrier to scan the parcel and update its records.
Shipping Address
Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, including any necessary apartment, unit, building, and postal-code details.
If you notice an address error, contact service@zelvarni.com as soon as possible with your order number and the corrected address.
Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment or has been handed to the carrier. If an incorrect or incomplete address causes a delivery issue, contact us so we can review the available options and any applicable costs.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless expressly included at checkout, these charges are separate from the product price and shipping fee and may be payable by the recipient. Customs procedures may also affect delivery times.
Delayed or Missing Parcels
If tracking has not updated for an extended period, your parcel is overdue, or a shipment marked as delivered cannot be located, please contact us with:
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- Your tracking number, if available
- A brief description of the issue
For parcels marked as delivered, please also check with household members, building reception, and any nearby safe delivery locations.
We will review the available shipment information and, where appropriate, coordinate with the carrier to investigate and explain the next steps.
Damaged, Incorrect or Incomplete Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or is missing an item, please contact us promptly with your order number and a description of the issue.
Where applicable, include clear photographs of the affected item, packaging, and shipping label. Please retain the items and packaging while we review your request.
Available resolutions will be reviewed in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer rights.
